Show Stage Progress

Now admins can enable ‘Show Stage Progress’ for any App.

Turn it on in the general section of App setup.

Book Meetings Faster with Webvites

Now you can enable webvites to more easily book meetings with prospects, customers, or partners. Enable under Email & Meeting Preferences.

When enabled FreeAgent will automatically show a ‘Schedule a meet’ link under your email signature when you are composing an email.

You can move the link around or even change its description. When your contact clicks on the link, they’ll get access to your free time slots.

That’s right! FreeAgent will automatically check to see when you are free based on your Google or O365 calendar availability.

No more trading multiple emails trying to find the right time to meet.

Test Calculated Fields

Now admins can test calculated fields without navigating away from the Form Builder.

Just edit the calculated field and use the handy new “Test” button. Input the field you’d like to use for your test, click Run, and find out immediately if your calculation is working as expected!

Automation Runs Page

Now admins can monitor all the Automations running in the system via the new Automation Runs page. Quickly see the originating Source App and Source Record, and detailed Log Info too – so you can more quickly diagnose and fix any issues with your Automations.

Automated Import via API

Now our more technical FreeAgent admins can import data into any App automatically via an API call.

Calling ‘importEntities’ will allow you to upload and run the import program automatically. The fields in your CSV must match the field names in FreeAgent exactly. The API call works the same way as importing via the UI i.e. a row will be added to the import table where you can see the (1) Processed, (2) Added, (3) Updated, and (4) Failed record counts; and as always you can click on the numbers for more information.

This is a super handy way to automatically create and update records in FreeAgent from your other important systems.
