Any chance you don’t hate your CRM? Is it HIPPA compliant? Can you create complex relationship webs, but also unspool data quickly and easily? Did you have to sign away your first born to be able to afford it? Are you able to keep it from being the tail that wags the dog? Surely there is something out there that works better than a spreadsheet coupled with what is essentially a HIPPA-compliant digital filing cabinet from the mid-90’s … , without being constrained by deal-breaker limitations.
