What happens after I buy servis.ai, do I get some help?
Onboarding is an excellent option for those seeking assistance getting up and running. You receive a dedicated onboarding specialist who will reach out as soon as you sign and be available to answer questions via email and schedule meetings once per week for the duration of onboarding to answer questions and help you move forward with your setup and training.
How long does it take to get up and running with servis.ai?
Onboarding is 30 days. However, most teams are up and running and getting value from servis.ai within the first 2 weeks.
Does it include any integrations that I need?
Onboarding includes assistance with all included direct integrations listed on our Pricing page as included, like Gmail, Outlook, and Twilio, for example. For integrations beyond that, you have many options (including self-service integration via Zapier), but most customers choose to hire our in-house Professional Services team for integrations. This is separate from onboarding and support. They work like an IT agency but are better because they are servis.ai platform experts. They work at a completely transparent and competitive rate of $200/hour, sold in 10-hour packs. You can start a PS project while going through Onboarding if you like, or you can wait until after you’re up and running with servis.ai, which is recommended.

Most of our customers use Zapier, a user-friendly integration/automation tool, to connect servis.ai to thousands of loved applications, such as LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Web Forms, Mailchimp, Slack, DocuSign, and many more. These integrations are easy-breezy to set up and customize for the non-technical user. servis.ai also supports some alternatives to Zapier, such as Postman.
Low-Code Integrations via Webhooks
Webhooks are automated messages sent from apps when something happens. They use a permanent, stable URL that 3rd party systems can call to perform an action in servis.ai — kind of like an SMS message. Webhooks are most commonly used for VOIP / Phone Integrations, such as Twilio, Zoom Phone, Ring Central, Five 9, and more.

servis.ai has existing direct integrations with popular apps such as Slack, Mailchimp, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Office 365, and more. Just add your authentication code, configure your calls, and off you go. We’re constantly working on adding more direct integrations. Contact us for any requests.
Direct API Access
servis.ai embraces modern GraphQL APIs for exposing customizable graph data across multiple Apps within the servis.ai Platform. Any operation or data available through the servis.ai Web interface is accessible via secure backwards-compatible APIs. All authentication via the servis.ai platform is handled by the standard and secure OAuth2 protocol for all 3rd-party integrations and general API access.

A lot can be accomplished with No-Code Integrations via Zapier, Webhooks, and our Direct Integration Platform. But for more custom or complex implementations, with servis.ai’s robust Open API, the possibilities are endless. For custom integrations, servis.ai customers have 3 options:
- Most customers choose to use their internal IT resources for custom integrations. Our Open API is well documented and robust enough for any purpose.
- Use a third-party solutions partner to develop and maintain the integration for you. This is common in case you don’t have the internal IT resources for your project.
- servis.ai Professional Services
At servis.ai, we offer a premium in-house professional services option as an alternative to hiring a third-party solutions partner. These are product experts who are passionate and knowledgeable about servis.ai, so you’ll find that it is a good option if you want to have a custom integration made. Our in-house services team uses simple hourly pricing at a current $200/hour rate. Customized estimates for professional services are typically only provided for current servis.ai customers.
