At FreeAgent, we’ve been working hard to deliver new enhancements to help you crush your goals in 2023!

Set New Role Permissions

Now admins can set ‘merge’ and ‘duplicate’ permissions for all roles.

Select Default Template

Now you can specify a default email template. Once added as a preference, the template will auto-populate when you compose a new email. This is especially useful for some customer service personnel who always respond with the same information.

Note: Since templates are app-specific, the default template will populate only when emailing from the matching app.

Schedule Emails to Send Later

Now you can schedule emails to send later, at a time that works best for reaching out. Just click the calendar icon in the bottom right of the email compose window and then schedule delivery.

Scheduled emails show up in the emails activity section too, complete with their scheduled delivery time.

You can access all your scheduled emails from a new menu item under the Emails section, My Scheduled Emails. From there you can re-schedule, send, edit, or delete scheduled emails.

Log a Call

Now you can quickly Log Calls made or received outside of FreeAgent. It’s super easy, and super handy.

Next Steps on Timeline

Now you can see what’s next right on the Timeline. Complete call, email, and other task followups faster than ever before.

Note – this feature can be enabled by admins by selecting “use latest UI” under Company Settings.

New HR Apps in App Gallery

Now admins can add HR Apps for Employees and Candidate Hiring (Candidates).

You will notice a new widget is available for the Employee app too – an HR Org Chart. It’s made to work with the employee app and requires no setup.
