'Add' for Reference Multi-Select Fields

Now admins can enable ‘Add’ for reference multi-select fields, just as they can for regular reference fields.

Docusign Integration

Now admins can integrate Docusign and FreeAgent in just a few minutes. Navigate to Integrations under Admin Settings and click Docusign to begin setup.

Send quotes, orders, or other documents for signature without any manual work. Includes support for ‘cc’ and counter-signature too. Automatically updates stage when you’ve sent a document for signature, and auto-updates it again when it’s signed. The integration will even attach a link to the signed document for your team’s reference.

New Action Toolbar for App Views

Now you can more quickly take action from your views – add a record, access the import wizard, export data, print, etc. Also when clicking on the search icon while on a List View, your list’s header columns will auto-expand so you can target your search to a specific field. 

Team Calendar for Admins

Now admins have access to a beautiful new team calendar. Use the gear icon to customize which team members you want to see and re-order the team member list too. View the team calendar by day or week. Click on any event to see the details. Not an admin? Stay tuned for a future update that will bring the team calendar to you too.

Block Duplicates More Easily

Now admins can define multiple unique fields to block duplicates from being created for any app – Contact, Account, etc. Unique fields are enforced across all input modes from manually entry to Automations or even API calls.

Easier Import for Records with Reference Fields

Now you can more easily import records with references using any unique field. For example, if ‘Account Name’ is unique you can create this CSV for importing a contact:

Upon import, you can map the unique field to map the correct reference – no ID needed!

Automation Builder - Create Record can Update too!

Now admins can configure the Create Record automation action to update if a duplicate is found. No code needed!

Automation Builder - Create Record now supported for Webhooks

Now admins can integrate webforms in minutes by triggering a Create Record action from any webhook call. The payload for any webhook is available to inspect in FreeAgent under Jobs/Webhook Executions via the Webhook Input field. For example:

Each field in either the “body” or “query” section can be mapped to create records in FreeAgent.

Easier to use Choice List Choices in Custom Code

Now admins and other technical FreeAgents can more easily reference and set choice list choices in custom code. 
 
First, default unique values for all your existing choices using the Default Unique Values button.

Next, you can use this unique value instead of a cumbersome UUID when referencing the choice list in your custom code.

Finally, you can also now set choice list choices using this unique value when inserting or updating data – so much easier!

Menu Simplifications

Now you access your personal preferences by clicking on your name and selecting Preferences.
In addition, Admin Settings has been renamed ‘Settings.’

Dashboards and Views have been moved into a new, handy ‘Reporting’ section, placed right below your Favorites. You can now access your Views and Dashboards even when the menu is collapsed, saving you time.

Group Apps on Menus

Now admins can create submenus for different app groupings like ‘Sales,’ ‘Customer Success,’ and so on. They can also modify the ‘Activities’ submenu to make Activity Apps visible even when the menu is collapsed.

Admins can access this new capability by navigating to Menus under the Advanced settings area.

Form Builder

Now admins can setup and maintains forms more easily using the new Form Builder. See the changes you make as you make them. Find fields faster & finish form layout changes faster.

Restrict Login Options, 2FA Support

Now admins can control which login methods are activated for their teams. In addition, FreeAgent now supports 2-factor authentication for direct login, ensuring that accounts are protected. Set authentication options from the Company Settings page.
