Latest UI
Enabling Latest UI ensures users always have access to the most recent interface updates. This includes improved layouts, better navigation, and new features designed to enhance usability and efficiency.
Native Click-to-Call
Native Click-to-Call allows users to initiate phone calls directly using their device’s default calling application. Clicking a phone number opens the dialer automatically, eliminating manual entry.
Native Click-to-Email
Native Click-to-Email opens your default email client when clicking an email address, automatically pre-filling the recipient field for faster communication.
To use Click-to-Call and Click-to-Email with logging capabilities, your phone number and email must be paired with the system. If you need help:
Note: Enabling these options overrides existing VoIP and email integrations, meaning the built-in calling and email panels will not appear.
However, if your phone and email are paired in Profile Preferences, activity logs will still be recorded.
Using Default Apps Without Pairing
If your phone and email are not paired, you can still use your computer’s default applications (such as Outlook or Mail).
Simply set Native Click-to-Call and Native Click-to-Email to “Yes”. This will automatically open your default apps when clicking phone numbers or email addresses.
