Latest UI
Activating the Latest UI feature ensures users always have access to the most recent interface updates. This includes enhanced layouts, improved navigation, and new functionalities designed for efficiency and ease of use. Keeping the UI updated aligns with modern design standards, offering a more intuitive and accessible experience.
Native Click-to-Call
The Native Click-to-Call feature allows users to initiate phone calls directly from the platform using their device’s default calling app. Clicking on a phone number automatically launches the dialer, eliminating the need for manual entry and streamlining communication.
Native Click-to-Email
With Native Click-to-Email, users can instantly open their default email client by clicking an email address. This feature simplifies communication by pre-filling the recipient’s address in the email composition window, reducing unnecessary steps and enhancing efficiency.
To enable seamless communication through Click-to-Call and Click-to-Email, your email and phone number must be paired with the system. If you need guidance on setting up this pairing, refer to the following tutorials:
Note: Enabling these options will override all existing VoIp and Email Integrations by not displaying the system floating panels to make calls or compose emails. However, if your phone and email are paired in your Profile Preferences, call and email logs will still be recorded in each Activity App.
Using Default Apps Without Pairing
If your phone and email are not paired, but you still want to use your computer’s default applications, such as Outlook or Mail, simply set both Native Click-to-Call and Native Click-to-Email to “Yes.” This will allow the system to automatically launch these applications when clicking on phone numbers or email addresses.
