User Permissions: Only Administrators and App Admins can use this feature.

Navigate to Document Templates

Go to Settings > Advanced > Document Templates.

Add a Document Template

To add a document template click on ‘Add Document Template’.

Organize and Filter your Templates

As with other views in Servis.ai, you can use filters to specify what templates you would like to see. You can also save your views for later use.

You can also organize your templates by clicking on the title of various columns in the list view. In this example the templates are being organized by the app they’re associated with.

Edit and Deactivate Templates

Use the options menu to either edit or deactivate templates. 

If you deactivate a template you can reactivate it at any time by clicking on the ‘Show Activated’ checkbox.

Then select the options menu and click on ‘activate’ for the template you’d like to bring back.

Download Templates

You can download a copy of any of the templates by simply clicking on the name of the PDF in the ‘Template File’ Column.
