Create a new DocuSign document
Before you can send a DocuSign document, you need to create it in Servis.ai.
- Begin by navigating to the App you use for the DocuSign integration.
- Click the +App button in the top right of the App page.
3. A form will appear. Fill out the form with the specific details of the DocuSign document you want to send and click the Save button. This will create a new draft of the DocuSign document that will appear on the App page of the App you use for the DocuSign integration.
For example, if you want to send a quote to a potential customer, fill out the form using the specific details for the quote you want to send (Account, Payment Terms, etc.) and click the Save button. The quote you created will appear on the Quotes page.
Once you have a draft of the new DocuSign document you want to send, you need to create a downloadable version that can be sent via email.
To do this, select the draft of the DocuSign document you want to send and click the Print button in the top right of the App record page.
This will automatically create a downloadable version of the DocuSign document and a URL for the unsigned version of the DocuSign document.
Send via DocuSign
Once you have a draft of the new DocuSign document and have generated the URL for it using Print (see above), click the Send via DocuSign button to send the DocuSign document.
