App Templates for Admins
Now admins can add an App using a template! Just pick ‘Add App’ from any of your menu sections:
Then search for an available template or even duplicate one of your existing apps too. What a time saver!
Maps Enhancements
Now you can color map pins using choice list or stage values. You can also customize the pin icon!
Reordering Fields
Now the re-order fields modal is faster and more reliable for admins.
Improved Live Feed Widget
Now admins can embed a Live Feed widget on Pages and Dashboards to give real-time pizazz to reports.
Live Feed widgets can be configured to tune into real-time updates for specific apps, specific users (agents), and can even include a defaulted search string. Cool! 🧊
Knowledge Base AI Assistant
Now your whole team has access to a knowledge base bot to get their FreeAgent CRM questions answered. Use our generative AI integration to save time and get the information you need to achieve peak productivity.
Enhanced Stage Progress
Now admins can define positive and negative outcomes for stages. Records with positive stage outcomes are green, negative outcomes are red. Insightful & pretty too! 😍
