0:19 So, what, what I’ve got is a little bit of an introduction to ServiceAI itself, and then more information about the HR AppStack.
0:26 So, we’ve got three different, uhm, users here that are logged into three different, uhm, Chrome profiles, and we’re gonna check out, uhm, their views, and you’ll get you acquainted with how ServiceAI works.
0:38 So, first here, we’re using, uhm, Coda In-Home Health, that’s one of our demo environments for our fantastic in-home health customers.
0:47 and you can see I’m a super user. So, I have access to literally everything, and in addition to the HR AppStack, you see apps for inventory, and patient care, and sales and marketing, and operations, and all of the digital activities, all the digital interactions being tracked automatically in the system
1:02 . So, the super user, the admin, can see it all. But, I’ve got two other roles here too. One is the HR Admin, and as you might imagine, the HR Admin has, uhm, access to all the HR apps.
1:14 So, in the HR AppStack, you get positions, which is where you might, uhm, want to do some recruiting. So, you have your open positions there, candidates, employees, your employee records, signed documents, things like, uhm, your employee handbook, uhm, any devices that you’re checking in, checking out
1:29 , you can manage, uhm, through this devices app, performance appraisals, uhm, people can register their time off requests, and, uhm, you can manage simple things like your HR locations, too.
1:43 And then, that’s extended by different, uhm, vertical industry apps, like credentialing, which is specific to nurses. And then, uhm, as our third role, our third users that we have logged in here, we have an example employee where you see that the view is really, uh, narrow, narrowed down to just what
2:02 this person needs to do inside ServiceAI to, uhm, fulfill the responsibilities of their job. And in the HRA is that, is to administer their own employee record, maybe look up employee stuff, and make time off requests.
2:15 Now, one of the cool things about ServiceAI is the, uhm, voice interface, so there’s an AI voice interface, there’s a bunch of, uhm, AI, uh, capabilities that you can bring to bear.
