  • 0:00 Hey everybody, it is Dave, Chief Product Officer at ServiceAI, back to tell you more about the HR AppStack, and we’re going to get into recruiting.
  • 0:10 Okay, so, uh, I introduced you to the HR AppStack, told you about, uh, all the different apps that it comes with, and how you can decide, based on your role, uh, which users can see which apps.
  • 0:24 And what they can do. Uh, now we’re going to talk about recruiting. Um, one little plug for the mobile app, I want to show you the, here, the Chief People Officer, um, environment.

  • 0:41 But, here, here we go, the HR Admin, wanted to show you positions, candidates, employees, and so on. That’s full HR AppStack. Um, all of that’s available on the native mobile app as well, so anything you can see on the web, you can get to on mobile.

  • 1:02 Okay, so let me introduce you to these, um, these apps. We’re talking about recruiting. So, what do you need to do with recruiting?
  • 1:07 First thing is you need open positions. You can see you can manage all your open positions in services. This is the in-home health, uh, demo environment, and so we are seeing the types of open positions you would have for an in-home health business.
  • 1:22 There’s a product manager, project manager, a medical scheduler, HR generalist, account executive, area sales manager, a bunch of nurse positions that are open.
  • 1:32 and most of our in-home health customers they, uhm, post the positions to a site like Indeed, uhm, so you can see, you know, that they’ll have something on Indeed like this, and then it’ll say apply now, and they will go ahead and link that to their own website, so here we’re looking at Coda In-Home
  • 1:53 Health, this is a demo website, uh, for, uh, an example in-home health, uh, company, and you can see that we have, uh, careers page, and on the careers page, there’s all these open positions, and what do you know?
  • 2:07 That they match the open positions here because they come from here, and if we want to apply for one of these open positions, maybe we got directed from Indeed, uhm, we would go in and hit apply, and, uh, let’s see, allow by visiting the site, and we’ll get the full job application.
  • 2:24 And you can customize this, you can have it, uh, work however you want, I think I can show you, uhm, in settings here, what that looks like, so, uhm, under advanced, you’ll see web forms, this is all built into Service AI, it’s super easy, uh, to configure, it comes already ready to go, and then you
  • 2:43 can, uh, customize it, configure it a little bit for your exact processes, so, here’s how there’s a job application, we could go into the form builder, and this is, if I make a change here, it’s going to show up immediately right here, so, no IT required, you just configure and go, uhm, really handy,
  • 3:01 so you capture all of these, uhm, candidates and their applications and that just flows straight into Service AI to give you just a magical, beautiful experience, So, here’s the open positions, you can can see, maybe for, uhm, this role, LPN, uhm, yeah, you go ahead and post the role, it has, you know
  • 3:22 , the job posting, all of that stuff, and then, here’s where the candidate profiles and their applications just come streaming in, it’s a beautiful, beautiful thing, and you track all of, you know, if you want to make notes as you go on this open position, and you can track all of it right here.
  • 3:37 It’ll maintain the timeline automatically for you, so that’s the positions app, and how it might interact with your website, and how you can capture applications automatically, so this is where these applications come into, the candidates app, you can see, uhm, here, uh, Bethany O’Connor candidate profile
  • 3:55 , it’s actually, it should be in a different application stage so as the HR manager I can change that. How easy is it?
  • 4:02 You just double click, uhm, it’s actually in the first interview stage, so let’s go ahead and flip it over there, and we can drill in and see what’s going on.
  • 4:11 So here’s the Bethany O’Connor candidate profile, and you can get all of your, uhm, interview details available right here, super easy, and then everything you want to track about the candidate you can track, whether it’s, uhm, the position, the outreach, uhm, initial screening, initial interview, second
  • 4:29 interview, and on and on, their work history, the application that was submitted itself, all of it just comes in beautifully and automatically into ServiceAI, so that you can be efficient when you’re trying to add people, and in an in-home healthcare organization, adding people is really important, uhm
  • 4:49 . So, that’s all I want to cover for now, is just this, this first part. The candidates are going to become employees, uhm, and that’s pretty, that’s pretty great, so the candidate just rolls straight into the employee, you see where, go ahead and track their, their work locations, or their home addresses
  • 5:05 , or however you want to run, and have these employee stages, and, uhm, follow everything about the employees. So, here’s Aria Turner.
