There are several reasons why you may not be able to make phone calls in servis.ai. In this tutorial, we’ll review the most common ones: your phone number is not paired with servis.ai, your browser doesn’t have permission to use the microphone, or the call starts but hangs up after one ring.
Phone Pairing
If you want to call a lead or contact in servis.ai but don’t see the option to make a phone call when clicking the Actions button, it means your phone number has not yet been paired with servis.ai.
To resolve this, pair your phone number by following the steps in this tutorial:

Once your phone number is paired with servis.ai, the call option will appear in the list of available actions.
Phone Call Window is Empty
If you click the phone icon and a new window opens but appears completely blank, the issue is related to your browser settings.
Microphone access is often disabled by default, so you need to ensure your browser has permission to use it.
Chrome is the recommended browser for using servis.ai. To enable the microphone, click the padlock icon on the left-hand side of the URL, then select Site settings. A new tab will open where you can allow microphone access.
The Call Starts but Hangs Up After 1 Ring
This usually happens when the number you are calling is unavailable or busy. We recommend waiting a few minutes before trying again.
