You can also manage your Tasks on the go, to stay organized and on top of your daily/weekly/monthly tasks wherever you are.

Navigate to Tasks
When you open the mobile app, you’ll land on the Activity page.
To view your current and completed tasks, simply tap on the My Tasks tab.
Add Task
Tap on the Actions button at the bottom of the screen and select Add Task, once thats done, the form will appear for you to fill it out.

Select the record that the task will be linked to. Tasks must be associated with an existing record of any existing app.

Provide a brief summary of what the task is about.

Due Date
Set the deadline by choosing a date and then selecting the specific time.

Notification
You can configure when the assigned user will receive a notification about the task. Available options include:
- At the due time
- 15 minutes before
- 30 minutes before
- 1 hour before
- 1 day before
- 1 week before
Type
Choose a task type. You can customize task types from the web app—create new ones, edit, or delete existing ones.

Select the user responsible for completing the task.

Add any extra details or context for the task.

Edit Task
To edit a task:
- Go to the My Tasks page.
- Swipe left on the task you want to modify.
- Tap Edit when the option appears.
- The edit form will open, allowing you to update any task field.
- When you’re done, tap Save to apply your changes.
Delete Task
Swipe left on the task you want to remove, then tap Delete.
Complete Task
Swipe right on the task. A green icon will appear—release to mark it as complete. The task will display a strikethrough line to indicate completion.
