Servis.ai offers you a simple yet powerful integration with Mailchimp, the industry-leading email marketing solution. Prepare contacts list in Servis.ai and export them to Mailchimp.

User Permissions: Only the Administrator can pair a Mailchimp Account.

Prerequisites: A Mailchimp account is required for the integration.

Navigate to Mailchimp

Go to Settings > Integrations > Mailchimp. 

Pair your Mailchimp Account

Click the ‘Pair Mailchimp’ button to get started. You will be asked to enter your Mailchimp username and password to proceed.

After you successfully pair your Mailchimp address you are good to go!  Servis.ai’s Mailchimp integration enables you to manage the contacts you want to export to Mailchimp. You will also be able to import campaign activities to your contact’s activity timeline.

Export Fields Configuration

After you pair your account, you will need to configure the fields for the export. There are 3 required fields for the export:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email 

Just select the field where that information is collected from the available fields on the dropdown for each of them and save your changes.

Export to Mailchimp

Export your Servis.ai contacts to Mailchimp easily thanks to our simple yet powerful integration with Mailchimp. You will be able to set a status for those contacts, tag them, and assign them to an audience while you export them.

Edition Qualifier: This feature is available starting in Professional and above Editions.

User Permissions: No special permissions are required to export contacts to Mailchimp.

Prerequisites: A Mailchimp account has to be previously paired by the team’s administrator. You can do that by going to ‘Settings > Integrations> Mailchimp’.

Go to the List View of the Contacts app to export to Mailchimp. There you have the option to apply filters or perform specific searches to narrow down the list of contacts to export.

Once you have the list of Contacts you want to export to Mailchimp click the “Export & Print button to display the available options and then click ‘Export to Mailchimp’.

There you can specify the status those contacts will have between the available options:

• Subscribed
• Unsubscribed
• Cleaned
• Pending
• Transactional

You can also add Tags and assign those contacts to a specific audience. 

Once you are ready, click the ‘Export’ button. 

Note: Exporting Contacts to MailChimp will take a moment.

Import Campaign Activity

You can import the Campaign Activity to the Activity Timeline for your contacts at any time. Just click the ‘Import campaign activity’ button. There you will need to select for which campaign you wish to import the activities.

The process will begin in the background as soon as you click the ‘Import’ button. This means that it will happen backstage so that you can continue with your work.
