This is one of the most versatile widgets in Servis.ai. You choose the application you would like to pull information from and then you can filter the information you would like to see.

You can use it to view the newest clients you’ve added to your business. See the items on your to-do list. Or even a list of upcoming meetings for the week. 

Configuration

As you configure your widget you’ll see the view in the right panel update in real time to reflect the changes you’ve made. 

1. Title

This will add a title for your widget in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

2. App

This field is for choosing the application your Info Panel widget will be used for. The information displayed will be pulled from the application you choose.

3. Conditions and Filters

You can fine-tune what items you see from the application you chose earlier. For example, let’s say I chose “Tasks” as the application. Below I’m creating a filter that will only show me the tasks that are due in the time period that I specify. 

You can add as many filters as you like. 

You can also decide how you would like the information sorted. 

4. Settings

Clicking Settings opens the card configuration screen—similar to what you may have seen when setting up card layouts in your application settings.

Here, you can customize how your cards appear:

• Add or remove fields
• Include an image
• Adjust the footer layout
