How to Set Up the Create Record Action
Name: Enter a name to identify the action.
App: Select the app where the new record will be created.
Set Fields: Define the values for the fields in the new record. You can add as many as needed, but it’s best to include only the fields that are essential.
- Field: Choose the field that will be set on the new record.
- Set From:Select how the value will be defined. There are two modes:
- Static Value: Select a predefined value configured in the app’s settings.
- Triggering Record: Use the value from the same field in the record that triggered the automation.
