The AI Assistant in the Servis.ai mobile app helps you manage your work more efficiently from one place. You can use it to:
- Create notes on the go
- Navigate through all your apps and records
- Send emails directly from the app
- Create and manage tasks
- Perform almost any action you would normally do manually
Accessing the AI Assistant
You can open the AI Assistant in two simple ways:
- From the Actions button:
Tap the Actions button at the bottom center of the screen (+ icon). A list of options will appear—select Assistant to launch it.
- Using the Home button:
Press and hold the Home button to open the Assistant instantly.
Once inside the Assistant, you’ll see two main buttons:
- Left button: Tap to unmute and start speaking with the Assistant.
- Right button: Tap to close the Assistant immediately.
Using the Assistant
The Assistant understands everyday language, so feel free to describe what you want in your own words. Here’s what it can do for you:
- Understands and responds to voice commands
- Interprets natural, conversational language
- Executes tasks based on what you say, even if you don’t use exact phrases
Command Name | What It Does |
---|---|
Search for Info | Finds specific information in the CRM. For example, if asked for someone’s email, it looks it up using their name. |
Open View or Report | Navigates to a specific saved view or report in the CRM. |
Open Dashboard | Takes you to a selected dashboard. |
Open Record Details | Opens a specific record and shows its main information screen. |
Open Record Activity | Opens a specific record and shows its activity or timeline screen. |
Go Back | Returns to the previous page or screen. |
Pause Assistant | Completely mutes the Assistant until you manually tell it to continue. |
Unpause Assistant | Reactivates the Assistant after it was paused. |
Browse All Apps | Takes you to the “Browse Apps” or “Home” page where all apps are listed. |
Add Note to Record | Adds a note to a selected record. |
Edit Note | Updates an existing note on a record. |
Add To-Do Task | Creates a to-do task linked to a specific record. |
Update Record Field | Changes the value of a field on a specific record. |
Compose Email | Starts writing an email for a record using summary info from that record. |
Once you’ve given your instructions, the Assistant will minimize automatically. To bring it back, simply tap the floating icon on the bottom of your screen.
