The Event Logs page can be used to view, organize, and edit all activities within Servis.ai. However, if you would like to focus on attachments there’s a section for that as well.
Edition Qualifier: The filter feature is available in all Servis.ai Editions.
User Permissions: This feature is available for all users in Servis.ai.
Navigate to Attachments
Go to Activities > Attachments > All Attachments.
You can view and download all attachments across Servis.ai. To view an attachment, click on the file name and an enlarged viewing window will appear. To download an attachment, click the download icon at the top right hand side of the viewing window.
Filters and Views
Just like with other views in Servis.ai, you can filter your Event Logs. You can create custom views so that you’re only seeing the logs you need or want to see.

Save View
If you have applied some filters or even performed a specific search within your Events, you can save it as a View, for quick access. To learn more about Saved Views, please visit the following tutorial:

Export Attachments
Exporting your Event Logs is really simple. Just click the 3 dots icon and click ‘Export CSV’ or ‘Print to PDF’.
You have the option to export all your data or use filters and searches to narrow down the information to be exported. You can even opt to download the information of a single type if you need to.
Import Attachments
You can import notes via the import wizard. See the article about importing your data into Servis.ai for more information.
