Set Fields from Related Lists
Now admins can set fields on records added from a related list. Save your team members tons of time on data entry. Setup is configured from the App setup under Related Lists. Fields can be set from the originating record or set to specific values.
Configure Activity Rollup Rules
Activity Roll-Up rules enable you and your team to automatically share Notes, Emails, Phone Calls and more across Contacts, Accounts, Tickets and all your other Apps. And now admins have the power to configure Activity Roll-Up rules with no code! Look under Settings/Advanced and click on Activity Roll-Up to see your current rollup rules:
Add new roll-up rules or edit existing ones. Roll-up rules can have conditions too! For example, add a target condition where Contact activities only roll-up to Accounts that are Open.
Modified Activity Roll-Up rules take immediate effect. They are not retroactive; they will not affect previously shared Activities across different Apps.
Personalize Detail Pages
Now you can adjust the width of the form on detailed pages for each App, and collapse the related list too. These changes are stored as preferences on your browser; you can set them differently on each device you use.
Don’t see these options? Ask you admin to enable ‘Use latest UI’ option under Company Settings. In addition, admins may need to remove any configured Workspace.
