0:14 For each item, we’ll watch it all come together in the scheduling app. We’re in the Inventory app right now, and you can see we’re managing all of our technical inventory, whether it’s monitors or projectors.

0:37 Here we’ve got a projector that’s active. We’re tracking models, the last time it was calibrated, and we’ve uploaded some calibration data.

0:47 We can also track the journey that the projector goes on with inventory timestamps. A projector might not move, but smaller machines like a Sony BVM or OLED display might be rolled in for use.

1:03 Even basic things like hard drives or streaming devices can be tracked. We can see this one was checked out to Mix Stage 1 about ten days ago. You can add notes and other details as needed.

1:23 Let’s flip over to room management. Here we’re doing the same thing—tracking room specs, capabilities, and related details. As a producer or project manager, you might have rooms spread across different cities, states, or even countries.

1:32 You can see this example is in Los Angeles. It’s active, a mix stage, supports 2K resolution, and up to Atmos for audio. It also has a 10-gig feed, CAT6 connections, and a set max occupancy.

1:56 Because things are connected, we can open a specific room—say, Mix Stage 1 or Theater 1.

2:04 We can view the parent record for Theater 1 and its details, while also tracking related inventory.

2:12 In the related list, we can quickly reveal which machines, equipment, or inventory currently live in that room, which is super helpful.

2:28 Next, let’s go over to the schedule and visualize everything in a Gantt view.

2:38 We can also view this in calendar or list formats. Here, we can see all the same rooms, and because they’re connected to the schedule, we can access the technical specs of each room when hovering over them.

2:52 This way, as a producer or project manager, you can work within the schedule or Gantt view and immediately see the technical capabilities of each room you might want to use.
