In servis.ai, views let you tailor how each app displays your information – using your own filters, sorting rules, groupings, and layout preferenes. You can even add dashboards for deeper insights. All of your personalized views are available in the mobile app, so you can access your customized setup on the go.

Note: You can browse, search, and open your saved views on the mobile app.  To create new views or change filters, sorts, groups, or layout, use the servis.ai web app. Any changes you save on the web will appear automatically on your phone.

Access to the Saved Views

There are two ways to reach your saved views on mobile:

Option 1: Through the Reporting Tab

  1. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see five icons in the tab bar: Home, Search, + (actions), Reporting, and Notifications. Tap the Reporting icon (it looks like a line chart).
  2. The Reporting screen opens with the word “Reporting” at the top and two tabs below it: “Dashboards” and “Views”. Swipe to or tap the Views tab.
  3. You’ll see a list of all your saved views. Tap any view to open it.

Option 2: Long-Press an App in the Menu

  1. From the Home screen, tap the menu icon (four small squares) in the top right corner.

  2. This opens a grid of all your apps. You can browse between segments – “All Apps,” “Scheduler Apps,” and “Activity Apps” – using the black segmented bar at the bottom of the grid.

  3. Press and hold (long-press) on any app icon. You’ll feel a small vibration and a panel will slide up from the bottom of the screen showing all saved views for that specific app.

  4. Tap any view in the panel to open it directly.

Browsing the Views List

When you open the Views tab from the Reporting screen, you’ll see a scrollable list of all your saved views. Here’s what each row shows:
  • Vizualization type – A small icon on the left – a table grid icon means the view opens as a list; a kanban-board icon means it opens as columns (board view).
  • View name – the name you (or your team admin) gave it on the web app, displayed in bold.
  • App name – grey text underneath showing which app this view belongs to (for example, “Contacts” or “Deals”).

Favorites Row

At the very top of the views list, you’ll see a Favorites row with a star icon. Tap it to open a separate screen showing all the views you’ve marked as favorites. From there, you can tap any favorite to open it, or tap the star icon again to remove it from your favorites.

Search

A search bar sits at the top of the views list. Start typing to filter views by name in real time. this is helpful when you have many saved views and want to find one quickly.

Refreshing and Loading More

Pull the list down to refresh it and load the latest views from the server – useful if you or a teammate recently created a new view on the web.
If you have many saved views, the list loads 20 items at a time. As you scroll toward the bottom, more views load automatically. A small spinning indicator appears while loading.

Inside a Saved View

Tap any view in the list to open it.

Header Bar

The top bar shows the view name on the left, with a back arrow to return to the previous screen. On the right side, you’ll find:
  • Star – a star icon to mark this view as favorite.
  • + (Add Record) – a + icon to create a new record in this app (visible only if you have permission to create records.

View’s Pills

Just below the header, you’ll see small colored labels (pills) that show he active rules shaping the data you see. These can inlcude:
  • Filters – for example, “Status equals Active” or “Priority contains High.”
  • Sort Rules – for example, “Sort by Name Ascending.”
  • Groupings – for example, “Group by Stage.”
  • Aggregates – summary calculations configured for the view.
Between filter pills, you may also see logical operators like “AND” or “OR” indicating how multiple filters are combined. These pills give you a clear snapshot of how the view is configured at a glance.

Data Area

Below the pills, the actual records appear. Depending on the view type:
  • List view – A scrollable list of records diasplayed with columns, similar to a spreadsheet.
  • Board view – Columns organized by a field (such as stage or status), with record cards inside each column. You can scroll through the columns by swiping horizontally.

Quickly Switch to Another View

When you’re inside a saved view, you don’t need to go back to the Reporting screen to switch to a different one. Simply tap the view name in the header bar. A panel will slide up from the bottom of the screen, listing all other saved views fir the same app. Tap any one to switch ot it immediately.

Managing Favorites

Favorites let you pin the view you use most so they’re easy to find.

Adding a Favorite

Open any saved view and tap the star icon in the header bar. The star fills in to indicate the view has been added to your favorites.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Editing is web-only – You can browse, search, and open saved views on mobile, but creating new views or editing filters, sort rules, groups, or layout is only available on the servis.ai webb app. Any changes you save on the web will appear automatically on mobile.
  • Not all visualization types are available – Some visualization types available on the web – such as Gantt chart, Pivot Table, and Rolodex – are not currently supported on mobile. If you open on of these views on your phone, it will display as a standard list instead.
  • Hidden and deleted views – Views that have been hidden or deleted on the web will not appear in the mobile app.
  • Default “All” view – The default “All” view for each app is excluded from the Views list in Reporting. To open an app’s default view, tap the app icon directly in the menu grid.
