Status Page
You will notice 3 different color variations for the entries listed on the page:
Status | Description |
Operational (Green) | Everything works as expected. |
Partial Outage (Yellow) | Intermittent outages. They affect only specific areas of FreeAgent CRM. |
Major Outage (Red) | Usually means FreeAgent CRM was inaccessible by everyone during the time of the outage or major components were affected. It could also indicate partial outages in multiple components. |
You can also subscribe to status change updates via email, slack and Atom/RSS feed. Click the blue button in the upper right-hand corner.
