Emails – Metrics & Engagement

Last update: May 28, 2026

Monitoring email Engagement is essential for evaluating and improving both individual emails and campaign performance.

Key metrics to track include:

  • Open Rates: Measure the effectiveness of your subject lines.
  • Clicks: Evaluate how engaging your content is.
  • Conversion Rates: Track how well your call-to-action performs.

Understanding recipient behavior can further improve results:

  • Personalization: Tailor content to individual preferences.
  • Timing Optimization: Send emails when recipients are most likely to engage.

Regular analysis of these metrics helps improve deliverability and optimize your marketing strategy.

  • Optimize send times
  • Improve overall campaign performance

Monitoring engagement also helps maintain a clean and active email list by identifying inactive users and deliverability issues.
