Servis.ai offers multiple login methods to ensure both convenience and security. Users can choose from the following authentication options:

• Google Authentication – Log in using your Google account.
• Microsoft 365 OAuth – Access your account with Microsoft credentials.
• Direct Login – Use a username and password.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) – Add an extra security layer via email verification.

These options are available on the servis.ai login screen, allowing users to choose their preferred method.

The selected options will appear on your login screen.

Note: To enable Two-Factor Authentication, Direct Login must also be enabled.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is highly recommended. It adds an extra security step—typically a verification code sent to your email—helping protect against unauthorized access.

2FA can only be activated when Direct Login is enabled.

By selecting the appropriate authentication method, users can ensure a secure and seamless experience.

Note: The system does not retain device or browser data for 2FA. This is intentional to maximize security.
