Seamlessly integrate Zoom Phone capabilities within servis.ai. The following features are supported by this integration:

1. Click to Dial – Click any phone number field across apps in servis.ai to instantly place a call via Zoom Phone.
2. Call Log with Recording – Automatically generates call logs in the contact’s activity timeline, including call recordings.

User Permissions: Only Admins can connect Zoom Phone to servis.ai.

Version Qualifier: Requires a servis.ai account with a verified Pro version.

Prerequisites

• A paid Zoom account
• A verified servis.ai account (Pro version)
• Zoom Admin access
• Zoom app installed on your device

Installation and Configuration

Install from Zoom Marketplace

1. Log in to your Zoom account, then open the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Search for servis.ai or open the app directly.
3. Click Install, review permissions, and select Authorize.
4. Once completed, the app will appear under Manage > Installed Apps in the Zoom Marketplace.

Configuration from servis.ai

• Log in to servis.ai.
• Go to Settings > Integrations > VoIP.
• Enable VoIP Calling.
• Select Zoom as your VoIP provider.

• Enable Auto-Sync for Calls and SMS for the apps you want to sync (e.g., Contacts).

• Click Authorize Zoom and log into your Zoom account in the popup window.
• Confirm permissions and click Allow.

If the popup does not appear, ensure pop-ups are enabled for the freeagent.network domain.

• Click Save to apply your configuration.

Once enabled, you can make Zoom Phone calls directly within servis.ai.
