0:00 Hey everybody, it is Dave Stevens, Chief Product Officer of ServiceAI, HR AppStack. We’re going to tell you a little bit about the, uh, Employee app today, uh, so let’s get into it.
0:10 So, uh, it showed you in our last video a little bit about, uh, the, uh, the Employee app, so it exists in the context of, uhm, all these other beautiful apps in the HR AppStack. So here, you can manage all of your employees, and, uhm, just really do, you know, kind of maintain whatever records you need
0:32 to maintain and have kind of a complete history of what’s going on. One of the things you can do is navigate a big, beautiful org chart.
0:42 I have that over here. An admin happens to be looking at it. Here’s your org chart. And you can find bring up records, sort of, you know, zoom in, zoom out, like whatever, whatever you want to do here.
0:54 Get your complete org chart of your, of your company, manage it in one place. As you update your employee records, this updates automatically.
1:01 So we got Zoe as the CEO, and on and on. So, HR AppStack, big, beautiful org chart. You click on any one of these, uhm, uh, people, and you’re going to go into their employee record, and I’ll show you a little bit about, uhm, how that works, uh, right now.
1:17 So let me just make this small, put it over to the side, and, uhm, here we go. Here’s the, here’s that employee master.
1:25 We’re going to drill into Wyatt, Wyatt Bailey. He’s a patient scheduler, and, uh, take a look at the, at, at, at his record.
1:34 So what you’ll see here is that you’ll have, uh, activity. History, so all the, all the various notes and different things that, uhm, and communications that have gone out to Wyatt will show up here, and you’ll, you can maintain all of, uh, Wyatt’s information, uh, home address, shipping address, birthday
1:52 , et cetera, et cetera, uhm, and, and, and you can add fields for different, uhm, connections to the rest of your workflows within Service AI, like primary marketing, market served, additional market served, maintain things like the emergency contact information, uhm, other HR information, what, what
2:08 is the title, uhm, things like, you know, the, having the driver’s license on file if they, if, if, if driving is a part of their job, and so on and so forth, uhm, and, uh, yeah, even things like immunizations, if that applies within a healthcare setting, so when was the last day that of the, uh, COVID
2:26 immunization, uhm, what’s a, what’s a record of it, and so on and so forth, uhm, just one big beautiful place for all that information.
2:34 Then over here, you can manage things like signed documents, like, you, maybe you have an employee handbook with guidelines and stuff that needs to be signed, looks like that requires signature, actions can be built in for, uhm, the employee to do, do the signing right here, uhm, a year you can manage
2:50 checked out devices, so in this case the, uhm, employee was issued an iPhone and a tablet, and you have the serial numbers and all that stuff, and you can even manage time off requests, so that, that’s a separate app, but you submit time off requests here, and you can have them be disposition approved
3:07 and so forth, and even do performance appraisals. So that’s a little bit about the, be on. The HR app, and, uh, and the, sorry, the employee app within the HR app stack, and, um, it’s just a really, really nice way to manage, uh, your employee population and capture all the information that you need,
